Ramp Chimichurri

This chimichurri sauce is great over meat, fish, chicken, or vegetables. It is made from raw local ramps, that we slowly ferment to preserve them for enjoyment all year. In a classic Chimichurri parsley is the base ingredient, but we had substituted ramps for the parsley.

There are two flavors regular and spicy!

Ingredients:

Ramps, Organic Red Wine Vinegar, Cilantro, Oregano, Thyme, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Lemon Juice, Red Chili, Sea Salt.

****Please Note***** The only difference between the spicy and not spicy is that the spicy version has extra chili and added garlic, the regular version is garlic free,
