Mushroom Ketchup

Mushroom Ketchup is a condiment from the 1700s. This liquid is made from seasoned and spiced mushrooms. Use it just like Worcestershire sauce or as a seasoning on meats and veggies like regular ketchup.  This version is completely vegan.
