Farmhouse Sourdough Loaf

This bread is made with organic einkorn wheat flour. Einkorn what is an ancient grain that is easier to digest and more nutritious than modern wheat. We ferment, shape, and bake these loaves ourselves using our natural sourdough mother. Einkorn wheat is much more difficult to work with than modern types of wheat, but we much prefer the flavor and health benefits of this rare type of flour. Loaves are oval and weigh around 1.5lbs
